Personal productivity is developing a process and using tools to save you effort and time while maximising your output and results.
Why should you care about that?
- It’s always about maximising your free time and still getting the results you are aiming for.
- What you do today can help with the rest of your life, whether that is personal, work or study.
- If you develop the processes early you will keep saving time and wont have to worry about forgetting things for the rest of your life.
Have a brief look at your week. It’s for five minutes only, so do it roughly.
Make a list of all the things you do each week, and make a rough guess at how many hours a week you do it for.
School is 30 hours….
Now there is a lot of wasted time there. Want to keep as much of that as possible and see an increase in your output?

Tasks:
You can add a tasks
- tasks are there to help you isolate what you need to do.
- you can add notes to remind you of details.
- you can add relevant files to help you complete the task.
Task Timing:
You can add a due date, either when it is due, or when you need to work on it. You can add a reminder, so it interrupts you when you are doing something else. You can add a recurring date, if you need to do the task regularly.
Flag an email in Outlook, it should appear here as flagged as well.
